Sura 10 Yunus (Jonas), ayah 42

وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَسْتَمِعُونَ إِلَيْكَ ۚ أَفَأَنْتَ تُسْمِعُ الصُّمَّ وَلَوْ كَانُوا لَا يَعْقِلُونَ
Translation by words
- وَمِنْهُم
- And among them
- مَّن
- (are some) who
- يَسْتَمِعُونَ
- listen
- إِلَيْكَ
- to you.
- أَفَأَنتَ
- But (can) you
- تُسْمِعُ
- cause the deaf to hear
- ٱلصُّمَّ
- cause the deaf to hear
- وَلَوْ
- even though
- كَانُوا۟
- they [were]
- لَا
- (do) not
- يَعْقِلُونَ
- use reason?
And among them are those who listen to you. But can you cause the deaf to hear, although they will not use reason?
