Sura 13 Ar-Ra'd (The Thunder), ayah 22

  1. وَالَّذِينَ صَبَرُوا ابْتِغَاءَ وَجْهِ رَبِّهِمْ وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَأَنْفَقُوا مِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ سِرًّا وَعَلَانِيَةً وَيَدْرَءُونَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ السَّيِّئَةَ أُولَٰئِكَ لَهُمْ عُقْبَى الدَّارِ

    Translation by words

    وَٱلَّذِينَ
    And those who
    صَبَرُوا۟
    (are) patient,
    ٱبْتِغَآءَ
    seeking
    وَجْهِ
    (the) Face
    رَبِّهِمْ
    (of) their Lord
    وَأَقَامُوا۟
    and establish
    ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ
    the prayer
    وَأَنفَقُوا۟
    and spend
    مِمَّا
    from what
    رَزَقْنَٰهُمْ
    We have provided them,
    سِرًّا
    secretly
    وَعَلَانِيَةً
    and publicly
    وَيَدْرَءُونَ
    and they repel
    بِٱلْحَسَنَةِ
    with the good
    ٱلسَّيِّئَةَ
    the evil -
    أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ
    those
    لَهُمْ
    for them
    عُقْبَى
    (is) the final attainment
    ٱلدَّارِ
    (of) the Home -

    And those who are patient, seeking the countenance of their Lord, and establish prayer and spend from what We have provided for them secretly and publicly and prevent evil with good - those will have the good consequence of (this) home -
