Sura 13 Ar-Ra'd (The Thunder), ayah 34

  1. لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا ۖ وَلَعَذَابُ الْآخِرَةِ أَشَقُّ ۖ وَمَا لَهُمْ مِنَ اللَّهِ مِنْ وَاقٍ

    Translation by words

    لَّهُمْ
    For them
    عَذَابٌ
    (is) a punishment
    فِى
    in
    ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ
    the life
    ٱلدُّنْيَا
    (of) the world
    وَلَعَذَابُ
    and surely the punishment
    ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ
    (of) the Hereafter
    أَشَقُّ
    (is) harder.
    وَمَا
    And not
    لَهُم
    for them
    مِّنَ
    against
    ٱللَّهِ
    Allah
    مِن
    any
    وَاقٍ
    defender.

    For them will be punishment in the life of (this) world, and the punishment of the Hereafter is more severe. And they will not have from Allah any protector.
