Sura 17 Al-Isra (The Night Journey), ayah 111

  1. وَقُلِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي لَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَدًا وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي الْمُلْكِ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ وَلِيٌّ مِنَ الذُّلِّ ۖ وَكَبِّرْهُ تَكْبِيرًا

    Translation by words

    وَقُلِ
    And say,
    ٱلْحَمْدُ
    "All Praise
    لِلَّهِ
    (is) for Allah
    ٱلَّذِى
    the One Who
    لَمْ
    has not taken
    يَتَّخِذْ
    has not taken
    وَلَدًا
    a son
    وَلَمْ
    and not
    يَكُن
    is
    لَّهُۥ
    for Him
    شَرِيكٌ
    a partner
    فِى
    in
    ٱلْمُلْكِ
    the dominion,
    وَلَمْ
    and not
    يَكُن
    is
    لَّهُۥ
    for Him
    وَلِىٌّ
    any protector
    مِّنَ
    out of
    ٱلذُّلِّ
    weakness.
    وَكَبِّرْهُ
    And magnify Him
    تَكْبِيرًۢا
    (with all) magnificence."

    And say, "Praise to Allah, who has not taken a son and has had no partner in (His) dominion and has no (need of a) protector out of weakness; and glorify Him with (great) glorification."
