Sura 18 Al-Kahf (The Cave), ayah 101

1. الَّذِينَ كَانَتْ أَعْيُنُهُمْ فِي غِطَاءٍ عَنْ ذِكْرِي وَكَانُوا لَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ سَمْعًا

   Those whose eyes had been within a cover (removed) from My remembrance, and they were not able to hear.

   18:101
