Sura 18 Al-Kahf (The Cave), ayah 48

  1. وَعُرِضُوا عَلَىٰ رَبِّكَ صَفًّا لَقَدْ جِئْتُمُونَا كَمَا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ ۚ بَلْ زَعَمْتُمْ أَلَّنْ نَجْعَلَ لَكُمْ مَوْعِدًا

    Translation by words

    وَعُرِضُوا۟
    And they will be presented
    عَلَىٰ
    before
    رَبِّكَ
    your Lord
    صَفًّا
    (in) rows,
    لَّقَدْ
    "Certainly,
    جِئْتُمُونَا
    you have come to Us
    كَمَا
    as
    خَلَقْنَٰكُمْ
    We created you
    أَوَّلَ
    the first
    مَرَّةٍۭ
    time.
    بَلْ
    Nay,
    زَعَمْتُمْ
    you claimed
    أَلَّن
    that not
    نَّجْعَلَ
    We made
    لَكُم
    for you
    مَّوْعِدًا
    an appointment."

And they will be presented before your Lord in rows, (and He will say), "You have certainly come to Us just as We created you the first time. But you claimed that We would never make for you an appointment."
