Sura 21 Al-Anbiya (The Prophets), ayah 45

1. قُلْ إِنَّمَا أُنْذِرُكُمْ بِالْوَحْيِ ۚ وَلَا يَسْمَعُ الصُّمُّ الدُّعَاءَ إِذَا مَا يُنْذَرُونَ

   Translation by words

   قُلْ

   Say,

   إِنَّمَآ

   "Only

   أُنذِرُكُم

   I warn you

   بِٱلْوَحْىِ

   by the revelation."

   وَلَا

   But not

   يَسْمَعُ

   hear

   ٱلصُّمُّ

   the deaf

   ٱلدُّعَآءَ

   the call

   إِذَا

   when

   مَا

   when

   يُنذَرُونَ

   they are warned.

   Say, "I only warn you by revelation." But the deaf do not hear the call when they are warned.
