Sura 22 Al-Hajj (The Pilgrimage), ayah 42

  1. وَإِنْ يُكَذِّبُوكَ فَقَدْ كَذَّبَتْ قَبْلَهُمْ قَوْمُ نُوحٍ وَعَادٌ وَثَمُودُ

    Translation by words

    وَإِن
    And if
    يُكَذِّبُوكَ
    they deny you,
    فَقَدْ
    so verily
    كَذَّبَتْ
    denied
    قَبْلَهُمْ
    before them
    قَوْمُ
    (the) people
    نُوحٍ
    (of) Nuh
    وَعَادٌ
    and Aad
    وَثَمُودُ
    and Thamud,

    And if they deny you, (O Muhammad) - so, before them, did the people of Noah and 'Aad and Thamud deny (their prophets),
