Sura 22 Al-Hajj (The Pilgrimage), ayah 60

  1. ذَٰلِكَ وَمَنْ عَاقَبَ بِمِثْلِ مَا عُوقِبَ بِهِ ثُمَّ بُغِيَ عَلَيْهِ لَيَنْصُرَنَّهُ اللَّهُ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَعَفُوٌّ غَفُورٌ

    Translation by words

    ذَٰلِكَ
    That,
    وَمَنْ
    and whoever
    عَاقَبَ
    has retaliated,
    بِمِثْلِ
    with the like
    مَا
    (of) that
    عُوقِبَ
    he was made to suffer
    بِهِۦ
    by it,
    ثُمَّ
    then
    بُغِىَ
    he was oppressed
    عَلَيْهِ
    [on him],
    لَيَنصُرَنَّهُ
    Allah will surely help him.
    ٱللَّهُ
    Allah will surely help him.
    إِنَّ
    Indeed,
    ٱللَّهَ
    Allah
    لَعَفُوٌّ
    (is) surely Oft-Pardoning,
    غَفُورٌ
    Oft-Forgiving.

    That (is so). And whoever responds (to injustice) with the equivalent of that with which he was harmed and then is tyrannized - Allah will surely aid him. Indeed, Allah is Pardoning and Forgiving.
