Sura 23 Al-Mu'minun (The Believers), ayah 34
-
وَلَئِنْ أَطَعْتُمْ بَشَرًا مِثْلَكُمْ إِنَّكُمْ إِذًا لَخَاسِرُونَ
Translation by words
- وَلَئِنْ
- And surely if
- أَطَعْتُم
- you obey
- بَشَرًا
- a man
- مِّثْلَكُمْ
- like you,
- إِنَّكُمْ
- indeed, you
- إِذًا
- then
- لَّخَٰسِرُونَ
- surely (will be) losers.
And if you should obey a man like yourselves, indeed, you would then be losers.
