Sura 27 An-Naml (The Ant), ayah 57

1. فَأَنْجَيْنَاهُ وَأَهْلَهُ إِلَّا امْرَأَتَهُ قَدَّرْنَاهَا مِنَ الْغَابِرِينَ

   Translation by words

   فَأَنجَيْنَٰهُ

   So We saved him

   وَأَهْلَهُۥٓ

   and his family,

   إِلَّا

   except

   ٱمْرَأَتَهُۥ

   his wife;

   قَدَّرْنَٰهَا

   We destined her

   مِنَ

   (to be) of

   ٱلْغَٰبِرِينَ

   those who remained behind.

   So We saved him and his family, except for his wife; We destined her to be of those who remained behind.

   27:57

Translation: Saheeh International
