Sura 28 Al-Qasas (The Stories), ayah 25

  1. فَجَاءَتْهُ إِحْدَاهُمَا تَمْشِي عَلَى اسْتِحْيَاءٍ قَالَتْ إِنَّ أَبِي يَدْعُوكَ لِيَجْزِيَكَ أَجْرَ مَا سَقَيْتَ لَنَا ۚ فَلَمَّا جَاءَهُ وَقَصَّ عَلَيْهِ الْقَصَصَ قَالَ لَا تَخَفْ ۖ نَجَوْتَ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ

    Translation by words

    فَجَآءَتْهُ
    Then came to him
    إِحْدَىٰهُمَا
    one of the two women
    تَمْشِى
    walking
    عَلَى
    with
    ٱسْتِحْيَآءٍ
    shyness.
    قَالَتْ
    She said,
    إِنَّ
    "Indeed,
    أَبِى
    my father
    يَدْعُوكَ
    calls you,
    لِيَجْزِيَكَ
    that he may reward you
    أَجْرَ
    (the) reward
    مَا
    (for) what
    سَقَيْتَ
    you watered
    لَنَا
    for us."
    فَلَمَّا
    So when
    جَآءَهُۥ
    he came to him
    وَقَصَّ
    and narrated
    عَلَيْهِ
    to him
    ٱلْقَصَصَ
    the story,
    قَالَ
    he said,
    لَا
    "(Do) not
    تَخَفْ
    fear.
    نَجَوْتَ
    You have escaped
    مِنَ
    from
    ٱلْقَوْمِ
    the people -
    ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
    the wrongdoers."

    Then one of the two women came to him walking with shyness. She said, "Indeed, my father invites you that he may reward you for having watered for us." So when he came to him and related to him the story, he said, "Fear not. You have escaped from the wrongdoing people."
