Sura 28 Al-Qasas (The Stories), ayah 75

  1. وَنَزَعْنَا مِنْ كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ شَهِيدًا فَقُلْنَا هَاتُوا بُرْهَانَكُمْ فَعَلِمُوا أَنَّ الْحَقَّ لِلَّهِ وَضَلَّ عَنْهُمْ مَا كَانُوا يَفْتَرُونَ

    Translation by words

    وَنَزَعْنَا
    And We will draw forth
    مِن
    from
    كُلِّ
    every
    أُمَّةٍ
    nation
    شَهِيدًا
    a witness
    فَقُلْنَا
    and We will say,
    هَاتُوا۟
    "Bring
    بُرْهَٰنَكُمْ
    your proof?"
    فَعَلِمُوٓا۟
    Then they will know
    أَنَّ
    that
    ٱلْحَقَّ
    the truth
    لِلَّهِ
    (is) for Allah
    وَضَلَّ
    and (will be) lost
    عَنْهُم
    from them
    مَّا
    what
    كَانُوا۟
    they used (to)
    يَفْتَرُونَ
    invent.

    And We will extract from every nation a witness and say, "Produce your proof," and they will know that the truth belongs to Allah, and lost from them is that which they used to invent.
