Sura 28 Al-Qasas (The Stories), ayah 77

  1. وَابْتَغِ فِيمَا آتَاكَ اللَّهُ الدَّارَ الْآخِرَةَ ۖ وَلَا تَنْسَ نَصِيبَكَ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا ۖ وَأَحْسِنْ كَمَا أَحْسَنَ اللَّهُ إِلَيْكَ ۖ وَلَا تَبْغِ الْفَسَادَ فِي الْأَرْضِ ۖ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُفْسِدِينَ

    Translation by words

    وَٱبْتَغِ
    But seek,
    فِيمَآ
    through what
    ءَاتَىٰكَ
    Allah has given you,
    ٱللَّهُ
    Allah has given you,
    ٱلدَّارَ
    the home
    ٱلْءَاخِرَةَ
    (of) the Hereafter,
    وَلَا
    and (do) not
    تَنسَ
    forget
    نَصِيبَكَ
    your share
    مِنَ
    of
    ٱلدُّنْيَا
    the world.
    وَأَحْسِن
    And do good
    كَمَآ
    as
    أَحْسَنَ
    Allah has been good
    ٱللَّهُ
    Allah has been good
    إِلَيْكَ
    to you.
    وَلَا
    And (do) not
    تَبْغِ
    seek
    ٱلْفَسَادَ
    corruption
    فِى
    in
    ٱلْأَرْضِ
    the earth.
    إِنَّ
    Indeed,
    ٱللَّهَ
    Allah
    لَا
    (does) not
    يُحِبُّ
    love
    ٱلْمُفْسِدِينَ
    the corrupters."

    But seek, through that which Allah has given you, the home of the Hereafter; and (yet), do not forget your share of the world. And do good as Allah has done good to you. And desire not corruption in the land. Indeed, Allah does not like corrupters."
