Sura 2 Al-Baqarah (The Cow), ayah 212

  1. زُيِّنَ لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا وَيَسْخَرُونَ مِنَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا ۘ وَالَّذِينَ اتَّقَوْا فَوْقَهُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ يَرْزُقُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ

    Translation by words

    زُيِّنَ
    Beautified
    لِلَّذِينَ
    for those who
    كَفَرُوا۟
    disbelieve[d]
    ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ
    (is) the life
    ٱلدُّنْيَا
    (of) the world,
    وَيَسْخَرُونَ
    and they ridicule
    مِنَ
    [of]
    ٱلَّذِينَ
    those who
    ءَامَنُوا۟
    believe[d].
    وَٱلَّذِينَ
    And those who
    ٱتَّقَوْا۟
    fear (Allah),
    فَوْقَهُمْ
    (they will be) above them
    يَوْمَ
    (on the) Day
    ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ
    (of) Resurrection.
    وَٱللَّهُ
    And Allah
    يَرْزُقُ
    provides
    مَن
    whom
    يَشَآءُ
    He wills
    بِغَيْرِ
    without
    حِسَابٍ
    measure.

    Beautified for those who disbelieve is the life of this world, and they ridicule those who believe. But those who fear Allah are above them on the Day of Resurrection. And Allah gives provision to whom He wills without account.
