Sura 31 Luqman, ayah 29
-
أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يُولِجُ اللَّيْلَ فِي النَّهَارِ وَيُولِجُ النَّهَارَ فِي اللَّيْلِ وَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ كُلٌّ يَجْرِي إِلَىٰ أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌ
Translation by words
- أَلَمْ
- Do not
- تَرَ
- you see
- أَنَّ
- that
- ٱللَّهَ
- Allah
- يُولِجُ
- causes to enter
- ٱلَّيْلَ
- the night
- فِى
- into
- ٱلنَّهَارِ
- the day,
- وَيُولِجُ
- and causes to enter
- ٱلنَّهَارَ
- the day
- فِى
- into
- ٱلَّيْلِ
- the night
- وَسَخَّرَ
- and has subjected
- ٱلشَّمْسَ
- the sun
- وَٱلْقَمَرَ
- and the moon,
- كُلٌّ
- each
- يَجْرِىٓ
- moving
- إِلَىٰٓ
- for
- أَجَلٍ
- a term
- مُّسَمًّى
- appointed,
- وَأَنَّ
- and that
- ٱللَّهَ
- Allah
- بِمَا
- of what
- تَعْمَلُونَ
- you do
- خَبِيرٌ
- (is) All-Aware.
Do you not see that Allah causes the night to enter the day and causes the day to enter the night and has subjected the sun and the moon, each running (its course) for a specified term, and that Allah, with whatever you do, is Acquainted?
