Sura 32 As-Sajdah (The Prostration), ayah 13

  1. وَلَوْ شِئْنَا لَآتَيْنَا كُلَّ نَفْسٍ هُدَاهَا وَلَٰكِنْ حَقَّ الْقَوْلُ مِنِّي لَأَمْلَأَنَّ جَهَنَّمَ مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ

    Translation by words

    وَلَوْ
    And if
    شِئْنَا
    We (had) willed,
    لَءَاتَيْنَا
    surely We (would) have given
    كُلَّ
    every
    نَفْسٍ
    soul
    هُدَىٰهَا
    its guidance,
    وَلَٰكِنْ
    but
    حَقَّ
    (is) true
    ٱلْقَوْلُ
    the Word
    مِنِّى
    from Me
    لَأَمْلَأَنَّ
    that I will surely fill
    جَهَنَّمَ
    Hell
    مِنَ
    with
    ٱلْجِنَّةِ
    the jinn
    وَٱلنَّاسِ
    and the men
    أَجْمَعِينَ
    together.

    And if We had willed, We could have given every soul its guidance, but the word from Me will come into effect (that) "I will surely fill Hell with jinn and people all together.
