Sura 32 As-Sajdah (The Prostration), ayah 5

  1. يُدَبِّرُ الْأَمْرَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ ثُمَّ يَعْرُجُ إِلَيْهِ فِي يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ مِمَّا تَعُدُّونَ

    Translation by words

    يُدَبِّرُ
    He regulates
    ٱلْأَمْرَ
    the affair
    مِنَ
    of
    ٱلسَّمَآءِ
    the heaven
    إِلَى
    to
    ٱلْأَرْضِ
    the earth;
    ثُمَّ
    then
    يَعْرُجُ
    it will ascend
    إِلَيْهِ
    to Him
    فِى
    in
    يَوْمٍ
    a Day,
    كَانَ
    (the) measure of which is
    مِقْدَارُهُۥٓ
    (the) measure of which is
    أَلْفَ
    a thousand
    سَنَةٍ
    years
    مِّمَّا
    of what
    تَعُدُّونَ
    you count.

    He arranges (each) matter from the heaven to the earth; then it will ascend to Him in a Day, the extent of which is a thousand years of those which you count.
