Sura 33 Al-Ahzab (Those who took up arms), ayah 70

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَقُولُوا قَوْلًا سَدِيدًا
O you who have believed, fear Allah and speak words of appropriate justice.
