Sura 34 Sheba, ayah 10

1. وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا دَاوُودَ مِنَّا فَضْلًا ۖ يَا جِبَالُ أَوِّبِي مَعَهُ وَالطَّيْرَ ۖ وَأَلَنَّا لَهُ الْحَدِيدَ

   Translation by words

   وَلَقَدْ

   And certainly,

   ءَاتَيْنَا

   We gave

   دَاوُۥدَ

   Dawood

   مِنَّا

   from Us

   فَضْلًا

   Bounty.

   يَٰجِبَالُ

   "O mountains!

   أَوِّبِى

   Repeat praises

   مَعَهُۥ

   with him,

   وَٱلطَّيْرَ

   and the birds."

   وَأَلَنَّا

   And We made pliable

   لَهُ

   for him

   ٱلْحَدِيدَ

   [the] iron,

   And We certainly gave David from Us bounty. (We said), "O mountains, repeat (Our) praises with him, and the birds (as well)." And We made pliable for him iron,

   34:10

Translation: Saheeh International
