Sura 36 Ya-Sin (Ya Sin), ayah 15

  1. قَالُوا مَا أَنْتُمْ إِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِثْلُنَا وَمَا أَنْزَلَ الرَّحْمَٰنُ مِنْ شَيْءٍ إِنْ أَنْتُمْ إِلَّا تَكْذِبُونَ

    Translation by words

    قَالُوا۟
    They said,
    مَآ
    "Not
    أَنتُمْ
    you
    إِلَّا
    (are) but
    بَشَرٌ
    human beings
    مِّثْلُنَا
    like us,
    وَمَآ
    and not
    أَنزَلَ
    has revealed
    ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ
    the Most Gracious
    مِن
    any
    شَىْءٍ
    thing.
    إِنْ
    Not
    أَنتُمْ
    you
    إِلَّا
    (are) but
    تَكْذِبُونَ
    lying."

    They said, "You are not but human beings like us, and the Most Merciful has not revealed a thing. You are only telling lies."
