Sura 36 Ya-Sin (Ya Sin), ayah 6

1. لِتُنْذِرَ قَوْمًا مَا أُنْذِرَ آبَاؤُهُمْ فَهُمْ غَافِلُونَ

   Translation by words

   لِتُنذِرَ

   That you may warn

   قَوْمًا

   a people

   مَّآ

   not

   أُنذِرَ

   were warned

   ءَابَآؤُهُمْ

   their forefathers,

   فَهُمْ

   so they

   غَٰفِلُونَ

   (are) heedless.

   That you may warn a people whose forefathers were not warned, so they are unaware.

   36:6
