Sura 36 Ya-Sin (Ya Sin), ayah 78

  1. وَضَرَبَ لَنَا مَثَلًا وَنَسِيَ خَلْقَهُ ۖ قَالَ مَنْ يُحْيِي الْعِظَامَ وَهِيَ رَمِيمٌ

    Translation by words

    وَضَرَبَ
    And he sets forth
    لَنَا
    for Us
    مَثَلًا
    an example
    وَنَسِىَ
    and forgets
    خَلْقَهُۥ
    his (own) creation.
    قَالَ
    He says,
    مَن
    "Who
    يُحْىِ
    will give life
    ٱلْعِظَٰمَ
    (to) the bones
    وَهِىَ
    while they
    رَمِيمٌ
    (are) decomposed?"

    And he presents for Us an example and forgets his (own) creation. He says, "Who will give life to bones while they are disintegrated?"

    36:78
