Sura 3 Ali 'Imran (Family of Imran), ayah 160

  1. إِنْ يَنْصُرْكُمُ اللَّهُ فَلَا غَالِبَ لَكُمْ ۖ وَإِنْ يَخْذُلْكُمْ فَمَنْ ذَا الَّذِي يَنْصُرُكُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ ۗ وَعَلَى اللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ

    Translation by words

    إِن
    If
    يَنصُرْكُمُ
    helps you
    ٱللَّهُ
    Allah,
    فَلَا
    then not
    غَالِبَ
    (can) overcome
    لَكُمْ
    [for] you,
    وَإِن
    and if
    يَخْذُلْكُمْ
    He forsakes you,
    فَمَن
    then who
    ذَا
    (is)
    ٱلَّذِى
    the one who
    يَنصُرُكُم
    can help you
    مِّنۢ
    from
    بَعْدِهِۦ
    after Him?
    وَعَلَى
    And on
    ٱللَّهِ
    Allah -
    فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ
    let put (their) trust.
    ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ
    the believers.

    If Allah should aid you, no one can overcome you; but if He should forsake you, who is there that can aid you after Him? And upon Allah let the believers rely.

    3:160
