Sura 3 Ali 'Imran (Family of Imran), ayah 196

لَا يَغُرَّنَّكَ تَقَلُّبُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فِي الْبِلَادِ
Translation by words

Be not deceived by the (uninhibited) movement of the disbelievers throughout the land.
