Sura 49 Al-Hujurat (The Inner Apartments), ayah 1
-
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تُقَدِّمُوا بَيْنَ يَدَيِ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ ۖ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ
Translation by words
- يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
- O you who believe!
- ٱلَّذِينَ
- O you who believe!
- ءَامَنُوا۟
- O you who believe!
- لَا
- (Do) not
- تُقَدِّمُوا۟
- put (yourselves) forward -
- بَيْنَ
- before Allah
- يَدَىِ
- before Allah
- ٱللَّهِ
- before Allah
- وَرَسُولِهِۦ
- and His Messenger
- وَٱتَّقُوا۟
- and fear Allah.
- ٱللَّهَ
- and fear Allah.
- إِنَّ
- Indeed,
- ٱللَّهَ
- Allah
- سَمِيعٌ
- (is) All-Hearer,
- عَلِيمٌ
- All-Knower.
O you who have believed, do not put (yourselves) before Allah and His Messenger but fear Allah. Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Knowing.
