Sura 49 Al-Hujurat (The Inner Apartments), ayah 16

  1. قُلْ أَتُعَلِّمُونَ اللَّهَ بِدِينِكُمْ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ

    Translation by words

    قُلْ
    Say,
    أَتُعَلِّمُونَ
    "Will you acquaint
    ٱللَّهَ
    Allah
    بِدِينِكُمْ
    with your religion
    وَٱللَّهُ
    while Allah
    يَعْلَمُ
    knows
    مَا
    what
    فِى
    (is) in
    ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
    the heavens
    وَمَا
    and what
    فِى
    (is) in
    ٱلْأَرْضِ
    the earth.
    وَٱللَّهُ
    And Allah
    بِكُلِّ
    of every
    شَىْءٍ
    thing
    عَلِيمٌ
    (is) All-Knower."

    Say, "Would you acquaint Allah with your religion while Allah knows whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth, and Allah is Knowing of all things?"
