Sura 4 An-Nisa (The Women), ayah 131

  1. وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۗ وَلَقَدْ وَصَّيْنَا الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ وَإِيَّاكُمْ أَنِ اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ ۚ وَإِنْ تَكْفُرُوا فَإِنَّ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۚ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَنِيًّا حَمِيدًا

    Translation by words

    وَلِلَّهِ
    And for Allah
    مَا
    (is) whatever
    فِى
    (is) in
    ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
    the heavens
    وَمَا
    and whatever
    فِى
    (is) in
    ٱلْأَرْضِ
    the earth.
    وَلَقَدْ
    And surely
    وَصَّيْنَا
    We have instructed
    ٱلَّذِينَ
    those who
    أُوتُوا۟
    were given
    ٱلْكِتَٰبَ
    the Book
    مِن
    from
    قَبْلِكُمْ
    before you
    وَإِيَّاكُمْ
    and yourselves
    أَنِ
    that
    ٱتَّقُوا۟
    you fear
    ٱللَّهَ
    Allah.
    وَإِن
    But if
    تَكْفُرُوا۟
    you disbelieve -
    فَإِنَّ
    then indeed
    لِلَّهِ
    for Allah
    مَا
    (is) whatever
    فِى
    (is) in
    ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
    the heavens
    وَمَا
    and whatever
    فِى
    (is) in
    ٱلْأَرْضِ
    the earth.
    وَكَانَ
    And is
    ٱللَّهُ
    Allah
    غَنِيًّا
    Free of need,
    حَمِيدًا
    Praiseworthy.

    And to Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And We have instructed those who were given the Scripture before you and yourselves to fear Allah. But if you disbelieve - then to Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And ever is Allah Free of need and Praiseworthy.
