Sura 50 The letter Qaaf (Qaf), ayah 3

1. أَإِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابًا ۖ ذَٰلِكَ رَجْعٌ بَعِيدٌ

   Translation by words

   أَءِذَا

   What! When

   مِتْنَا

   we die

   وَكُنَّا

   and have become

   تُرَابًا

   dust.

   ذَٰلِكَ

   That

   رَجْعٌۢ

   (is) a return

   بَعِيدٌ

   far."

   When we have died and have become dust, (we will return to life)? That is a distant return."

   50:3
