Sura 67 Al-Mulk (The Sovereignty), ayah 17

  1. أَمْ أَمِنْتُمْ مَنْ فِي السَّمَاءِ أَنْ يُرْسِلَ عَلَيْكُمْ حَاصِبًا ۖ فَسَتَعْلَمُونَ كَيْفَ نَذِيرِ

    Translation by words

    أَمْ
    Or
    أَمِنتُم
    do you feel secure
    مَّن
    (from Him) Who
    فِى
    (is) in
    ٱلسَّمَآءِ
    the heaven,
    أَن
    that
    يُرْسِلَ
    He will send
    عَلَيْكُمْ
    against you
    حَاصِبًا
    a storm of stones?
    فَسَتَعْلَمُونَ
    Then you would know
    كَيْفَ
    how
    نَذِيرِ
    (was) My warning?

    Or do you feel secure that He who (holds authority) in the heaven would not send against you a storm of stones? Then you would know how (severe) was My warning.
