Sura 6 Al-An'am (The Cattle), ayah 84

  1. وَوَهَبْنَا لَهُ إِسْحَاقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ ۚ كُلًّا هَدَيْنَا ۚ وَنُوحًا هَدَيْنَا مِنْ قَبْلُ ۖ وَمِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِهِ دَاوُودَ وَسُلَيْمَانَ وَأَيُّوبَ وَيُوسُفَ وَمُوسَىٰ وَهَارُونَ ۚ وَكَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُحْسِنِينَ

    Translation by words

    وَوَهَبْنَا
    And We bestowed
    لَهُۥٓ
    to him
    إِسْحَٰقَ
    Isaac
    وَيَعْقُوبَ
    and Yaqub,
    كُلًّا
    all
    هَدَيْنَا
    We guided.
    وَنُوحًا
    And Nuh,
    هَدَيْنَا
    We guided
    مِن
    from
    قَبْلُ
    before;
    وَمِن
    and of
    ذُرِّيَّتِهِۦ
    his descendents,
    دَاوُۥدَ
    Dawood
    وَسُلَيْمَٰنَ
    and Sulaiman
    وَأَيُّوبَ
    and Ayyub
    وَيُوسُفَ
    and Yusuf
    وَمُوسَىٰ
    and Musa
    وَهَٰرُونَ
    and Harun.
    وَكَذَٰلِكَ
    And thus
    نَجْزِى
    We reward
    ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ
    the good-doers.

    And We gave to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob - all (of them) We guided. And Noah, We guided before; and among his descendants, David and Solomon and Job and Joseph and Moses and Aaron. Thus do We reward the doers of good.
