Sura 72 Al-Jinn (The Jinn), ayah 12

1. وَأَنَّا ظَنَنَّا أَنْ لَنْ نُعْجِزَ اللَّهَ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَنْ نُعْجِزَهُ هَرَبًا

   Translation by words

   وَأَنَّا

   And that we

   ظَنَنَّآ

   [we] have become certain

   أَن

   that

   لَّن

   never

   نُّعْجِزَ

   we will cause failure

   ٱللَّهَ

   (to) Allah

   فِى

   in

   ٱلْأَرْضِ

   the earth

   وَلَن

   and never

   نُّعْجِزَهُۥ

   we can escape Him

   هَرَبًا

   (by) flight.

   And we have become certain that we will never cause failure to Allah upon earth, nor can we escape Him by flight.

   72:12
