Sura 7 Al-A'raf (The Heights), ayah 10

1. وَلَقَدْ مَكَّنَّاكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَجَعَلْنَا لَكُمْ فِيهَا مَعَايِشَ ۗ قَلِيلًا مَا تَشْكُرُونَ

   Translation by words

   وَلَقَدْ

   And certainly

   مَكَّنَّٰكُمْ

   We established you

   فِى

   in

   ٱلْأَرْضِ

   the earth

   وَجَعَلْنَا

   and We made

   لَكُمْ

   for you

   فِيهَا

   in it

   مَعَٰيِشَ

   livelihood.

   قَلِيلًا

   Little

   مَّا

   (is) what

   تَشْكُرُونَ

   you (are) grateful.

   And We have certainly established you upon the earth and made for you therein ways of livelihood. Little are you grateful.

   7:10

Translation: Saheeh International
