Sura 83 Al-Mutaffifin (The Defrauding), ayah 29

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا كَانُوا مِنَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا يَضْحَكُونَ
Translation by words

Indeed, those who committed crimes used to laugh at those who believed.
