Sura 9 At-Tawbah (The Repentance), ayah 68
-
وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الْمُنَافِقِينَ وَالْمُنَافِقَاتِ وَالْكُفَّارَ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا ۚ هِيَ حَسْبُهُمْ ۚ وَلَعَنَهُمُ اللَّهُ ۖ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مُقِيمٌ
Translation by words
- وَعَدَ
- Allah has promised
- ٱللَّهُ
- Allah has promised
- ٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ
- the hypocrite men,
- وَٱلْمُنَٰفِقَٰتِ
- and the hypocrite women
- وَٱلْكُفَّارَ
- and the disbelievers,
- نَارَ
- Fire
- جَهَنَّمَ
- (of) Hell,
- خَٰلِدِينَ
- they (will) abide forever
- فِيهَا
- in it.
- هِىَ
- It (is)
- حَسْبُهُمْ
- sufficient for them.
- وَلَعَنَهُمُ
- And Allah has cursed them,
- ٱللَّهُ
- And Allah has cursed them,
- وَلَهُمْ
- and for them
- عَذَابٌ
- (is) a punishment
- مُّقِيمٌ
- enduring.
Allah has promised the hypocrite men and hypocrite women and the disbelievers the fire of Hell, wherein they will abide eternally. It is sufficient for them. And Allah has cursed them, and for them is an enduring punishment.
