Sura 12 Yusuf (Joseph), ayah 55

قَالَ اجْعَلْنِي عَلَىٰ خَزَائِنِ الْأَرْضِ ۖ إِنِّي حَفِيظٌ عَلِيمٌ
Translation by words
- قَالَ
- He said,
- ٱجْعَلْنِى
- "Appoint me
- عَلَىٰ
- over
- خَزَآئِنِ
- (the) treasuries
- ٱلْأَرْضِ
- (of) the land.
- إِنِّى
- Indeed, I
- حَفِيظٌ
- (will be) a guardian
- عَلِيمٌ
- knowing."
(Joseph) said, "Appoint me over the storehouses of the land. Indeed, I will be a knowing guardian."
