Sura 18 Al-Kahf (The Cave), ayah 1

  1. الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَنْزَلَ عَلَىٰ عَبْدِهِ الْكِتَابَ وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ عِوَجًا ۜ

    Translation by words

    ٱلْحَمْدُ
    All Praise
    لِلَّهِ
    (is) for Allah
    ٱلَّذِىٓ
    the One Who
    أَنزَلَ
    (has) revealed
    عَلَىٰ
    to
    عَبْدِهِ
    His slave
    ٱلْكِتَٰبَ
    the Book,
    وَلَمْ
    and not
    يَجْعَل
    (has) made
    لَّهُۥ
    in it
    عِوَجَا
    any crookedness.

    (All) praise is (due) to Allah, who has sent down upon His Servant the Book and has not made therein any deviance.
