Sura 18 Al-Kahf (The Cave), ayah 81

فَأَرَدْنَا أَنْ يُبْدِلَهُمَا رَبُّهُمَا خَيْرًا مِنْهُ زَكَاةً وَأَقْرَبَ رُحْمًا
Translation by words
- فَأَرَدْنَآ
- So we intended
- أَن
- that
- يُبْدِلَهُمَا
- would change for them
- رَبُّهُمَا
- their Lord,
- خَيْرًا
- a better
- مِّنْهُ
- than him
- زَكَوٰةً
- (in) purity
- وَأَقْرَبَ
- and nearer
- رُحْمًا
- (in) affection.
So we intended that their Lord should substitute for them one better than him in purity and nearer to mercy.
18:81
