Sura 21 Al-Anbiya (The Prophets), ayah 56

  1. قَالَ بَلْ رَبُّكُمْ رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ الَّذِي فَطَرَهُنَّ وَأَنَا عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكُمْ مِنَ الشَّاهِدِينَ

    Translation by words

    قَالَ
    He said,
    بَل
    "Nay,
    رَّبُّكُمْ
    your Lord
    رَبُّ
    (is the) Lord
    ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
    (of) the heavens
    وَٱلْأَرْضِ
    and the earth,
    ٱلَّذِى
    the One Who
    فَطَرَهُنَّ
    created them
    وَأَنَا۠
    and I am
    عَلَىٰ
    to
    ذَٰلِكُم
    that
    مِّنَ
    of
    ٱلشَّٰهِدِينَ
    the witnesses.

    He said, "(No), rather, your Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth who created them, and I, to that, am of those who testify.
