Sura 21 Al-Anbiya (The Prophets), ayah 9

1. ثُمَّ صَدَقْنَاهُمُ الْوَعْدَ فَأَنْجَيْنَاهُمْ وَمَنْ نَشَاءُ وَأَهْلَكْنَا الْمُسْرِفِينَ

   Translation by words

   ثُمَّ

   Then

   صَدَقْنَٰهُمُ

   We fulfilled (for) them

   ٱلْوَعْدَ

   the promise,

   فَأَنجَيْنَٰهُمْ

   and We saved them

   وَمَن

   and whom

   نَّشَآءُ

   We willed,

   وَأَهْلَكْنَا

   and We destroyed

   ٱلْمُسْرِفِينَ

   the transgressors.

   Then We fulfilled for them the promise, and We saved them and whom We willed and destroyed the transgressors.

   21:9
