Sura 25 Al-Furqan (The Criterion), ayah 19

فَقَدْ كَذَّبُوكُمْ بِمَا تَقُولُونَ فَمَا تَسْتَطِيعُونَ صَرْفًا وَلَا نَصْرًا ۚ وَمَنْ يَظْلِمْ مِنْكُمْ نُذِقْهُ عَذَابًا كَبِيرًا
Translation by words
- فَقَدْ
- "So verily,
- كَذَّبُوكُم
- they deny you
- بِمَا
- in what
- تَقُولُونَ
- you say,
- فَمَا
- so not
- تَسْتَطِيعُونَ
- you are able
- صَرْفًا
- (to) avert
- وَلَا
- and not
- نَصْرًا
- (to) help."
- وَمَن
- And whoever
- يَظْلِم
- does wrong
- مِّنكُمْ
- among you,
- نُذِقْهُ
- We will make him taste
- عَذَابًا
- a punishment
- كَبِيرًا
- great.
So they will deny you, (disbelievers), in what you say, and you cannot avert (punishment) or (find) help. And whoever commits injustice among you - We will make him taste a great punishment.
