Sura 25 Al-Furqan (The Criterion), ayah 71

1. وَمَنْ تَابَ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًا فَإِنَّهُ يَتُوبُ إِلَى اللَّهِ مَتَابًا

   And he who repents and does righteousness does indeed turn to Allah with (accepted) repentance.
