Sura 2 Al-Baqarah (The Cow), ayah 32

  1. قَالُوا سُبْحَانَكَ لَا عِلْمَ لَنَا إِلَّا مَا عَلَّمْتَنَا ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْعَلِيمُ الْحَكِيمُ

    Translation by words

    قَالُوا۟
    They said,
    سُبْحَٰنَكَ
    "Glory be to You!
    لَا
    No
    عِلْمَ
    knowledge
    لَنَآ
    (is) for us
    إِلَّا
    except
    مَا
    what
    عَلَّمْتَنَآ
    You have taught us.
    إِنَّكَ
    Indeed You!
    أَنتَ
    You
    ٱلْعَلِيمُ
    (are) the All-Knowing,
    ٱلْحَكِيمُ
    the All-Wise.

    They said, "Exalted are You; we have no knowledge except what You have taught us. Indeed, it is You who is the Knowing, the Wise."
