Sura 36 Ya-Sin (Ya Sin), ayah 52

  1. قَالُوا يَا وَيْلَنَا مَنْ بَعَثَنَا مِنْ مَرْقَدِنَا ۜ ۗ هَٰذَا مَا وَعَدَ الرَّحْمَٰنُ وَصَدَقَ الْمُرْسَلُونَ

    Translation by words

    قَالُوا۟
    They [will] say,
    يَٰوَيْلَنَا
    "O woe to us!
    مَنۢ
    Who
    بَعَثَنَا
    has raised us
    مِن
    from
    مَّرْقَدِنَا
    our sleeping place?"
    هَٰذَا
    "This (is)
    مَا
    what
    وَعَدَ
    (had) promised
    ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ
    the Most Gracious,
    وَصَدَقَ
    and told (the) truth
    ٱلْمُرْسَلُونَ
    the Messengers."

    They will say, "O woe to us! Who has raised us up from our sleeping place?" (The reply will be), "This is what the Most Merciful had promised, and the messengers told the truth."
