Sura 42 Ash-Shura (The Consultation), ayah 28

  1. وَهُوَ الَّذِي يُنَزِّلُ الْغَيْثَ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا قَنَطُوا وَيَنْشُرُ رَحْمَتَهُ ۚ وَهُوَ الْوَلِيُّ الْحَمِيدُ

    Translation by words

    وَهُوَ
    And He
    ٱلَّذِى
    (is) the One Who
    يُنَزِّلُ
    sends down
    ٱلْغَيْثَ
    the rain
    مِنۢ
    after
    بَعْدِ
    after
    مَا
    [what]
    قَنَطُوا۟
    they have despaired,
    وَيَنشُرُ
    and spreads
    رَحْمَتَهُۥ
    His mercy.
    وَهُوَ
    And He
    ٱلْوَلِىُّ
    (is) the Protector,
    ٱلْحَمِيدُ
    the Praiseworthy.

    And it is He who sends down the rain after they had despaired and spreads His mercy. And He is the Protector, the Praiseworthy.
