Sura 46 Al-Ahqaf (The Wind - Curved Sandhills), ayah 25
-
تُدَمِّرُ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ بِأَمْرِ رَبِّهَا فَأَصْبَحُوا لَا يُرَىٰ إِلَّا مَسَاكِنُهُمْ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِي الْقَوْمَ الْمُجْرِمِينَ
Translation by words
- تُدَمِّرُ
- Destroying
- كُلَّ
- every
- شَىْءٍۭ
- thing
- بِأَمْرِ
- by (the) command
- رَبِّهَا
- (of) its Lord.
- فَأَصْبَحُوا۟
- Then they became (such),
- لَا
- not
- يُرَىٰٓ
- is seen
- إِلَّا
- except
- مَسَٰكِنُهُمْ
- their dwellings.
- كَذَٰلِكَ
- Thus
- نَجْزِى
- We recompense
- ٱلْقَوْمَ
- the people
- ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ
- [the] criminals.
Destroying everything by command of its Lord. And they became so that nothing was seen (of them) except their dwellings. Thus do We recompense the criminal people.
46:25
