Sura 48 Al-Fath (The Victory), ayah 4

  1. هُوَ الَّذِي أَنْزَلَ السَّكِينَةَ فِي قُلُوبِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ لِيَزْدَادُوا إِيمَانًا مَعَ إِيمَانِهِمْ ۗ وَلِلَّهِ جُنُودُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا

    Translation by words

    هُوَ
    He
    ٱلَّذِىٓ
    (is) the One Who
    أَنزَلَ
    sent down
    ٱلسَّكِينَةَ
    [the] tranquility
    فِى
    in(to)
    قُلُوبِ
    (the) hearts
    ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
    (of) the believers
    لِيَزْدَادُوٓا۟
    that they may increase
    إِيمَٰنًا
    (in) faith
    مَّعَ
    with
    إِيمَٰنِهِمْ
    their faith.
    وَلِلَّهِ
    And for Allah
    جُنُودُ
    (are the) hosts
    ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
    (of) the heavens
    وَٱلْأَرْضِ
    and the earth,
    وَكَانَ
    and Allah
    ٱللَّهُ
    and Allah
    عَلِيمًا
    (is) All-Knower,
    حَكِيمًا
    All-Wise.

    It is He who sent down tranquillity into the hearts of the believers that they would increase in faith along with their (present) faith. And to Allah belong the soldiers of the heavens and the earth, and ever is Allah Knowing and Wise.
