Sura 4 An-Nisa (The Women), ayah 166

  1. لَٰكِنِ اللَّهُ يَشْهَدُ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ إِلَيْكَ ۖ أَنْزَلَهُ بِعِلْمِهِ ۖ وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ يَشْهَدُونَ ۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِاللَّهِ شَهِيدًا

    Translation by words

    لَّٰكِنِ
    But
    ٱللَّهُ
    Allah
    يَشْهَدُ
    bears witness
    بِمَآ
    to what
    أَنزَلَ
    He (has) revealed
    إِلَيْكَ
    to you.
    أَنزَلَهُۥ
    He has sent it down
    بِعِلْمِهِۦ
    with His Knowledge
    وَٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ
    and the Angels
    يَشْهَدُونَ
    bear witness.
    وَكَفَىٰ
    And is sufficient
    بِٱللَّهِ
    Allah
    شَهِيدًا
    (as) a Witness.

    But Allah bears witness to that which He has revealed to you. He has sent it down with His knowledge, and the angels bear witness (as well). And sufficient is Allah as Witness.
