Sura 4 An-Nisa (The Women), ayah 26

  1. يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ لِيُبَيِّنَ لَكُمْ وَيَهْدِيَكُمْ سُنَنَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ وَيَتُوبَ عَلَيْكُمْ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ

    Translation by words

    يُرِيدُ
    Wishes
    ٱللَّهُ
    Allah
    لِيُبَيِّنَ
    to make clear
    لَكُمْ
    to you
    وَيَهْدِيَكُمْ
    and to guide you
    سُنَنَ
    (to) ways
    ٱلَّذِينَ
    (of) those
    مِن
    from
    قَبْلِكُمْ
    before you
    وَيَتُوبَ
    and (to) accept repentance
    عَلَيْكُمْ
    from you.
    وَٱللَّهُ
    And Allah
    عَلِيمٌ
    (is) All-Knowing,
    حَكِيمٌ
    All-Wise.

    Allah wants to make clear to you (the lawful from the unlawful) and guide you to the (good) practices of those before you and to accept your repentance. And Allah is Knowing and Wise.
