Sura 50 The letter Qaaf (Qaf), ayah 5

بَلْ كَذَّبُوا بِالْحَقِّ لَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ فَهُمْ فِي أَمْرٍ مَرِيجٍ
Translation by words

- Nay,
- كَذَّبُوا۟
- they denied
- بِٱلْحَقِّ
- the truth
- لَمَّا
- when
- جَآءَهُمْ
- it came (to) them,
- فَهُمْ
- so they
- فِىٓ
- (are) in
- أَمْرٍ
- a state
- مَّرِيجٍ
- confused.
But they denied the truth when it came to them, so they are in a confused condition.
